The Always-On system · brokers, advisers, accountants
Rate day,handled.
A system we build and run for your practice. It watches your industry, drafts every post in your voice, checks it against your licensee’s rules and waits for your yes. Then it publishes to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google and 30+ more at once.
Every practice
goes quiet
Brokers go quiet between settlements, while every lender and comparison site keeps offering their clients a refinance.
Advisers go quiet between reviews, while the people their accountants refer look them up and find a profile last touched in March.
Accountants go quiet between deadlines, so clients only hear from them when something is due.
The material is all there. Rate days, deadlines, the questions clients ask on the phone. What is missing is someone whose job it is to publish it, every week, inside the rules.
How it works
Three ways in.
One approval.
Batch Weekly
The quarter, planned once.
EOFY, BAS dates, the RBA calendar and every scheme deadline go into the plan before the quarter starts. Then it runs, three posts a week, without anyone thinking about Sunday night.
Q1 is due 28 October.
- Reconcile July to September
- Check the GST on every invoice
- Lodge it, or send it to us
News Radar
Rate day at 2:30. Posted by 4.
The system watches the announcements that move your clients. When one lands, a draft with the numbers and their assumptions is waiting for you before most people have finished reading the statement.

On Demand
A question, a settlement, a win.
Send one line. An idea at 7am is a finished post at 7:04, written for each platform and sitting in your approvals.
15%
tax on money sacrificed into super, for most people. Not your marginal rate.
Sample content. Every figure carries its assumptions in the post. Two RBA decisions are left this year, Tuesday 3 November and Tuesday 8 December.

Watch one
go through.
Press a door and watch the real workflow run for a broker, an adviser and an accountant. The draft, then the image, then a person approves before anything goes live. The posts here are sample content.
Choose a door above to start.
Before it reaches you
Four checks.
Then yours.
Every draft is checked against your rule-set before it lands in your approvals. In finance, these four matter most. Tap one.
Competitive rates from 5.99%. Call us today.
$4,914 a month on $750,000 over 30 years at 6.85% p.a. Illustrative only, not a rate on offer.
Quote a figure bare and people take it as an offer. Give it the amount, term and rate it was worked out on and it becomes an illustration, which is also far more believable.
You should be salary sacrificing into super.
Salary sacrifice suits some people more than others. Income, balance and when you need the money all change the answer.
Explaining how salary sacrifice works is information. Telling one person to do it is advice. Posts stay on the first side, with the general advice warning where it is needed, and anyone asking about their own situation is moved to a private message.
We are passionate about helping our valued clients achieve their financial goals.
Most people who think they can't borrow enough have never had anyone run the numbers properly.
The voice is built from your own writing and the way you explain things on the phone, then enforced on every draft.
Home loans, refinancing, investment, first home buyers, car loans. All your lending needs.
If your fixed rate ends before March, this is the one number to check this week.
A post that says everything gets scrolled past. Each one does a single job. It makes calling you feel safer, makes one thing plain, or gives a reason to act now.
The last check is you.
Nothing publishes until you approve it. Every post, every platform, every time.
The rules we write to
- ASIC’s RG 234, reissued in June 2026. Social media is in scope, warnings travel with the claim rather than sit behind a link, and AI-generated content is named as a risk. Read it
- Comparison rates with any advertised credit rate, as the National Credit Code requires.
- General advice warnings wherever general advice appears. ASIC on discussing products online
- Your licensee or aggregator’s own rules, which go into your setup on day one and win over everything above.
We are not your compliance team. Your licensee has the final word. We make sure what reaches them is easy to say yes to.
Where it lands
30+ channels.
One approval.
Every post is rewritten for the platform it lands on and goes out to all of them the moment you approve it. For a finance practice, four do most of the work.
Where accountants, agents and BDMs check you are still active before they refer.
Where a prospect looks once someone has given them your name.
Where past clients and your suburb keep your name in circulation.

Around the system
We shoot it.
We build what runs it.
The Always-On system is the part that never stops. Around it is the rest of Simple Smart Media, one point of contact for the photos, the site and the tools your practice runs on.
Shoot
Headshots for the profile they check
Individual and team headshots, in your office or our studio. The face on LinkedIn, Google and your website should be this year’s.
From $650Shoot
Your office and your people
A half-day shoot that fills the library the system posts from all year. Every quarter on Photo and Film, or on its own.
From $1,200Shoot
Video for the feed and the site
A founder introduction, an explainer series, client stories with permission. Cut for every platform the system publishes to.
From $1,400Build
A website that does the maths
Hand-built, with repayment and borrowing power calculators, your own analytics, and every enquiry landing in your inbox. Email to your client book and a clean list, as part of the same build.
From $1,500Build
Your rules, taught to your AI tools
Your voice, your services and your licensee’s lines in a knowledge base your team’s AI tools work from, so the emails and documents they draft follow the same rules as the posts.
From $2,500Build
An audit before anything is built
A sourced look at your site, your profiles and your list, with what to fix first and what it costs. Fixed price.
$1,500Two roles’ worth of marketing work running through one system I actually understand. It has changed what my week looks like.
Pricing
Four tiers.
Published.
The difference between them is what your posts are made from. Branded cards, then cards that move, then your own photos, then video.
Cards
$750a month
For information-led practices, where the post is the explanation.
- Branded cards in your colours, with your logo
- All three doors: Batch Weekly, News Radar, On Demand
- Written in your voice, from the first post
- LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google and 30+ more
- The rules check, then your approval, on every post
- A planning session each quarter, a check-in each month
Motion
$1,100a month
For practices whose numbers should move, with no shoot needed.
- Everything in Cards
- Your cards animated for Reels, Shorts and TikTok
- Two animated series built in your brand, filled by the system each month
- A hand-made motion piece each quarter
Photo
$1,700a month
For practices whose people and office should be in the feed.
- Everything in Motion
- A half-day shoot each quarter, of you, your team and where you work
- Your own phone photos in the same library
- A check-in every fortnight
Film
$2,400a month
For groups and practices ready for video.
- Everything in Photo
- Video on the quarterly shoot
- Short vertical clips cut from your own footage
- A check-in every fortnight
Your first quarter. Three posts in your brand before you decide. Setup is waived on a three-month first term, with a check-in every fortnight while the system learns your voice. Month to month after that, and your voice guide and content plan are yours to keep either way.
Shoots and builds outside the tiers are priced on their own. The instant quote prices most of them in two minutes.
Straight
answers.
Is the content compliant?
Every draft is checked against the rules in your setup. That means numbers with their assumptions, general advice warnings, the identifiers your licensee or aggregator wants, and anything you have told us never to say. Then you approve it. Your licensee has the final word, and their rules go into the setup on day one.
Is a system writing my posts?
A system drafts them. It is your system, configured to your brand, your rules and the things you will not say. Then you read every one and decide. Nothing goes out without a person pressing approve.
What do I actually have to do?
Approve or reject each post, which takes seconds, and turn up to the planning session each quarter. Send a line through On Demand whenever something happens worth posting.
Do I need a shoot to start?
No. Cards and Motion run without a shoot, which suits information-led practices. Add one when you want your own people in the feed.
Where do the posts go?
LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and your Google Business Profile on every tier, plus YouTube, Threads, X, TikTok, Bluesky and 30+ others if you want them, all on the same approval. Each platform is connected through its own sign-in, so no passwords change hands.
What happens if I stop?
You keep everything. The posts, the photos, the library, the lot.
Fifteen minutes.
Tell us what you do and who sends you work. We'll show you what the system would post for you this quarter and which tier fits. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so on the call.
